The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law does not currently collect personal identifying information except (i) to the extent that your web browser provides personal identifying information; (ii) for subscription registration to The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law publications; (iii) to the extent that you provide this information in an e-mail request for information; or (iv) in conjunction with online ordering of The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law products. The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law will use your personally identifying information solely for the purpose for which you submitted the information and The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law will not post this information to our Web site without your express permission. The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law may, however, aggregate certain elements of your personal identifying information with the information of other users of our Web site to analyze the usefulness and popularity of various Web pages on its Web site.

The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law  is concerned about the security of your financial information. In addition, your credit card numbers will be automatically deleted from the secure server after a certain period of time.

The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law does not currently use “cookies.”

The Global Alliance for eCommerce Law does not use or disclose information about you or information that you may give us, such as your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number, to any outside companies or parties other than member firms. We do not rent, sell, or trade any of our mailing lists.
